2/5		 A few days after order seller notified me that item is not available due to "quality issues", and kindly asked me cancel. Fair enough, though why the almost seven days of delay? Anyway. Some back & forth, just about to cancel the order when the item is flagged as "shipped". Seemed like quality issues had disappeared, great. Now, four months later still waiting for delivery and while requesting a refund seller repeatedly tries to get me to cancel the dispute, with the "promise" that item will arrive soon. I understand that logistics can be outside sellers' control, but enough experience gives an idea when sellers are likely to employ tactics to shift the situation to their advantage. All of this said, this might really be an outlier and just be well delayed, while other orders from the same time have long been delivered. Needless to say that I'm happy to repay the refund as a matter of courtesy if item still arrives.
